how would u rate a strat??? on how good it is to win with?? because u really cant. depends on what skill lvl u play on and how skilled a player u is. a strat u cant win with when u play like a serg may be good when u skills is like a major. what i mean is that some strats the only skills u need is to out mass ur enemy. and in other strat u really need tp focus on micro and macro to win and that is skills lower players dont are good in. i have seen lot of "good" strats postet by sergs and corporals who think yea i have the best strat it really own. but when they grow in rank they find out they need a new strat because they play vs people who use micro... u got the point?? and sry if u feel i flame u. it was not a flame. i think the idea is good. but i cant see how u will rate a strat. i just beat a major with my dutch strat. but the game before i lost vs a 2nd leut( they were both japan) so its a good strat, but all good strats can be counter attacked. so is it a good ore bad strat??? u cant say. hehe. but i did some bad mistake vs the 2nd leut. but anyway i think it could be cool if u rate the strat after how good u have to use it. like 10/10 agra rush i feel a noob can use and win with it. but a dutch rush u have to be like serg ore master serg to make good use with it...

For example, your description indicates the strategy's competence as a format, whereas my definition is indicative of the practicality of the strategy in a professional environment, which I believe is more practical and thus beneficial to the website and to it's posters.
