Micro Scenarios
I think we should have a thread for micro scenarios where people can post or discuss certain micro scenarios. I think it would be helpful. Lets start by getting a few in this thread.

Bump and Run: Basically, this is where a unit with high range attacks a slow unit, moves back to avoid getting attacked and then fires again. Repeat until the opponent is dead. This way, a Forest Prowler can micro a Tomahawk as the distance the Tomahawk has to move to get an attack takes longer than the firing animation.
Raiding: Where cav units attack villagers to destory the opponents eco. Best done with specific raiding units (ie Oprichniks, Coyote Runners, Middle Game Steppe Riders) when the alarm bell is already going off due to a simultaneous attack. Now the opponent wont know what's happened to his villies until too late.

Cav Distraction: If the opponent has a group of heavy and ranged infantry and you have ranged infantry and hand cavalry (so Xbow/Pike vs Xbow/Hussar), then set multiple waypoints in a loose circle aroung the ranged infantry. The opponent will inevitably chase it, allow you to focus fire on it with the ranged infantry. Then, once most of the heavy infantry is dead, use the hand cavalry to prevent the opponent from retreating and kill off the ranged infantry.
This is the only reason why skirm/hussar is a better field combo than xbow/pike.
